Depends on your group size and needs!
But! A typical session is one hour long. We’ll gear everyone up, introduce them to the equipment, and then get them into the arena for various game modes.
Afterward, reserve time to use our party spaces for 45 minutes to celebrate. Party spaces are first-come-first-serve.

Here’s what our normal timeline looks like:

This is when we will teach you how to use our equipment and make sure everyone is comfortable and ready to play!

Our game host will guide you and your group through a series of game modes for the rest of your play time.

**UPDATE: We have recently changed our policy on play minimums…
You may now play no matter how small your session size. BUT! Be aware that there are only 1-3 games that are available with under minimum groups.
For Archery Dodgeball, most game minimums are 4 players.
For Dart Wars, most game minimums are 6 players.
If you have less than this, we encourage you to join an existing session. If the date you want is over a week away, you can create your own session and people may join you.

If you don’t have above our game minimums we’d suggest joining into a public session. You can view public sessions on the Book Now tab of our website.

20 players can fit in the arena at one time.
If you have a little more than that, give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.

Our (7+) public sessions are open to kids, teens, and adults. Our (16+) are open to older teens and adults, Adult-Only sessions are available upon request.
We recommend the (7+) session for kids or families looking to come play.

Walk-in availability can be very 50/50, please call us first!
If you plan on booking same-day, please call ahead. During our off-season (summer), we tend to close early. During peak season (winter), if there are no bookings past 8 pm (Fri/Sat) we will close.
The best way to guarantee a spot is to book at least one day beforehand using our online booking system.

Of course! We have a viewing area located in our lobby.

If you have booked a private event and your player count goes above the base amount that is included, yes. We will make a note of it on your booking so our hosts know what to expect.
If it falls below the minimum for that game type, please be aware the experience may be hindered. Call us to talk about options.
For public games (under 10 players), please let us know as soon as possible if you think there will be a change to your number of attendees. -
Our online calendar is always live, and bookings can be made here . Or feel free to call or email us if you’d prefer.
A 50% deposit is required for private sessions the day you book and the rest will be due a week prior to your scheduled session.
Public sessions are paid in full when you book.

There are no full refunds after a booking is made, notices outside of what is listed is eligible for a 94% refund.
For private events/birthday parties:
within 2 weeks grants a 50% refund.
within 1 week grants a 25% refund.
within 2 days is non-refundable.
For public bookings:
within 48 hours grants a 50% refund.
within 24 hours gets no refund.
Sessions can be rescheduled at no extra cost, only subject to availability.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds. -
All players should arrive 15 minutes prior to reserved game time. In the instance where safety training is missed, we will do our best to get you in the action as quickly as possible. Arriving late will result in less gameplay time and a limited experience. No refunds are issued for players arriving late.
Birthday Parties

1 hour of gameplay (15 min for gear up/training, 45 minutes of pure play)
An awesome game host!
45 minutes in a party space after the game (we recommend using first 30 min for food, cake and presents. Then the last 15 min for clean up)
Optional ‘Party Supply Package’ for $30 that will includes everything you’ll need + a merch gift!

Decorations? Yes!
Just make sure they’re all taken down before you leave.
Balloons? Yes, b…
Please take them with you when you leave. If they are released and stuck in the ceiling, this will subject you to a $50 fee. Please do NOT release them outside the building.
Cake? Yes!
Ice Cream Cake? Call ahead.
We can fit smaller cakes in our freezer, but it is an employee fridge so if is in use we will not be able to store it for you.
Candles? Yes!
Silly string? No! Please
Cooler? Yes!

Its always BYO food and drink.
We have snacks and light food for sale, but if you would like a meal we suggest ordering in. You’re
welcome to order from anywhere you’d like. If you’re looking for pizza, most groups order Domino’s or Papa Johns. -
It will only be your group playing in the arena, yes. But if you reserve during our public open hours, it is very likely there will be other customers in the building while you are here.

20 is our usual, but we can fit up to 24. We just ask you discuss this with us ahead of time!

If you have fewer than 6 players, joining a public group and renting party space afterward may be a better option. You can always call and discuss what would best suit you and your group!

As long as the space you want is available, yes!
Our party spaces are first come first serve, so if you would like to use a space another party is occupying, you may need to wait until their party time is up to use it.
We do ask that your guests arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand as well.

If an excessive mess is made, which includes but is not limited to:
Icing on the walls, floors, etc
Enough liquid to make puddles
Any kind of damage to walls or floors
Decorations left behind
There is a $50 clean up fee. We will photograph what we considered to be excessive and email this to you and inform you about the charge.
Blaster Battles

Players must be at least 6 years old to participate.
There is a possibility that blasters could be difficult for smaller children to operate. If this is the case, we will ask an adult to assist them.
If you have doubts, have them come try it out!

Yes! Blasters are included with the admission price, you have access to any blaster we have here at the arena.
We use the Nerf Rival series, so you’re welcome to bring your own. If you bring your own Rival we suggest using our ammo.
If it doesnt take rival ammo, it might be best to leave it at home.
Archery Dodgeball

Players must be at least 7 years old to participate.
We have “kid” bows that require 15 lbs of force to draw back. We encourage joining a group that has similar age groups.
If you have doubts, have them come try it out!

Not at all! Our game hosts will walk you through the basics and give some tips and tricks so you can feel confident in your game!

Bow?No. Not safe.
Mask? As long as it covers your entire face, like a hockey or paintball mask, Yes!

Yes! We have a 16+ option that can be turned into an adult only session but you would need to contact us so we can change it on our end so its truly ‘adult only’.
